HOW DO YOU MOBILISE SPARES FOR OTHER MAKE LIFTS ?

Lift spares can be broadly divided into Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic parts. Out of which few of the Electronic parts are proprietary. These parts can be repaired and its individual components can be replaced at our repair centre. Only when the part is completely damaged, it needs replacement as a whole. We source original parts from other countries, we mobilise from modernisation and we have equivalent parts for replacement. All other standard parts are available in the market or manufactured.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF SPARES AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ?

We have standardised critical spares list for each and every make & model of Lift and we maintain optimum level of these spares at our branch offices and service centres.

DO YOU HAVE SKILLED / EXPERIENCED ENGINEERS ?

Our Service & Technical team consists of qualified engineers who are well experienced in reputed MNCs in India and abroad. The average experience of our field engineers is 6 years. Since each field engineer is an expert in every individual make & model, they share knowledge and extend their guidance within the team whenever required. We regularly conduct training and brainstorming sessions within the team based on call back data received from locations.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE SAFETY ?

We give the top most priority for Safety of Lift users, Safety of equipment and Safety of our field engineers. Our standard monthly Preventive Maintenance Checklist includes all the safety checks as recommended by various authorities around the globe. Many of the safety check points are also included based on our experience in usage of lifts by general public. Customers can verify few of these check points if required before signing the monthly Service Report. We provide Safety certificate for lifts once in a year after thorough inspection by Safety officer.

Our field engineers are provided with all the necessary PPEs and regularly trained / refreshed for Safety awareness. They are also certified for various safety levels by safety officer from HO.

WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME ?

Our maintenance routes are planned in and around max. 20 Kms radius for each route engineer. Hence it will take a maximum of 1 Hr. 30 Min normally. In cities where traffic is usually hectic, we will respond within 2 Hrs. In case of group lifts, our route engineer will visit on daily basis to check for any call backs.
